Price of the stay

• Babies from 0 to 2 years, free, but must communicate reservation.
• Pets, 3 euros night

The price indicated on the page of the particular accommodation is for your orientation. For an individual calculation fill in as much information as possible (number of adults, children and pets, early entry or late departure)
The price includes the initial cleaning of the accommodation as well as the supply of bed sheets, towels, furnishings and kitchen utensil, according to the number of persons communicated.

If the stay is longer than 10 nights there will be an intermediate cleaning which comprises at least the change of the towels.

The price include taxes (IGIC).

Booking terms and conditions

In order to handle a reservation we require a minimum of information: fist name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail, date of arrival and departure, number of persons and pets. For a better management of your reservation we kindly ask you to fill in all the requested data of the reservation form.

To consider your reservation as confirmed we require a deposit which amounts at least the figure indicated in the form, the payment has to be made within the granted period. Once confirmed, the confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via e-mail. This document includes the contact details of the person who will welcome you at the accommodation as well as a detailed route description to the meeting point. !! VERY IMPORTANT!! Check the details of the confirmation! If you find any errors please advise the booking office before your arrival at the accommodation.

Cancellation of the reservation

In case of the cancellation of a reservation the following cancellation fees will be applied:

 Cancellation between 5 and 0 days before arrival date, 50 % of the total rent amount.

An early departure from the accommodation does not give you the right for any reimbursement for non-consumed nights.

Twelve hours after the appointed meeting time at the accommodation, in case you have not communicated your delay, the reservation will be considered as annulated, without any right for reimbursement of the deposit.

Terms for making a reservation

Reservations for a stay of at least 5 nights can be made at any time, with the exception of Easter week and in December, when the duration of the stay is required to be at least 7 nights.

Enquiries for a stay of 3 or 4 nights can be confirmed at the earliest 11 days before the requested arrival date.

Enquiries for a stay of 2 nights can be confirmed at the earliest 5 days before the requested arrival date.

Complaints
In all the accommodations you will find guest complaint forms at your disposal. Moreover you have the possibility to address to Casa Rural La Escuela de La Sorrueda to handle your complaint about the accommodation or the reservation process.

Please communicate any defect or deficiency you may encounter in the accommodation immediately to the owner, the person in charge of the house or to Casa Rural La Escuela de La Sorrueda. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible. If required and agreed by both parties there will be a transfer to another accommodation.
All complaints have to be made before your departure, so that they can be verified and assessed to the right extent.

If you cause any damage during your stay, Casa Rural La Escuela de La Sorrueda will claim refund for ill-intended damages, amicably or judicially.

Important notes

The accommodations do not allow more persons then indicated on the page of each establishment.

It is prohibited to receive visits of external people.
The person in charge of the house can refuse the entry if you want to accommodate the establishment with more people or pets than communicated in your reservation.

On the day of arrival the accommodation can be entered after 17:00 h. On the day of departure the establishment has to be abandoned by 12:00 h. Exceptions to this regulation need to be communicated and agreed upon the reservation. If you expect to arrive after 10 p.m, you must contact the booking office before sending the booking application.
